Based in Brisbane Australia, I graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Interactive & Visual Design, and minors in Film and Animation.
Creativity has always been a huge part of my life - design isn't just a profession to me, it defines who I am.

In 2015 I received a scholarship to study Interaction Design Arts overseas, participating in QUT's first 'Interact Mobility Exchange' at the London College of Communication (University of the Arts, London). During my time in London, I gained work experience at Digital Product Innovation studio 'Grampy', giving an even broader perspective of the design industry internationally.

I'm currently working full-time as a UI/UX Designer at Brisbane marketing & innovation agency Orange Digital. Prior to this I worked for Queensland Rail as a Data Journalist (data visualisation, information design and UX) with their Analytics and Response and Recovery teams for a year. My freelance career dates back to 2012, starting as a videographer/ photographer for weddings, festivals and small businesses, transitioning to predominantly design and front-end development.

Things I love...

UX and UI - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Sketch, Axure, Tableau.
Front-end Development
Experienced coding in HTML5, CSS3, PHP & some JS. When freelancing I work with Bootstrap and/or Wordpress.
Digital and traditional realism and portrait illustration, using pen, pencil, paint or a Wacom.
I am always pushing myself to learn and explore exciting new methods of solving design problems and improving user experiences.
Travelling around the world has made me more open minded and broadened my perspective on the design industry.
Health & Fitness
Health and wellbeing is a big priority for me - I love team sports; soccer, futsal and dragon boat racing and regularly ride my bike, go to gym and practice yoga.
